The tensile strength of 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 and nylon 66 is about 170MPa, and the specific strength has exceeded that of general light metals such as zinc and magnesium, and is close to aluminum. Carbon fiber composite nylon material has the characteristics of low density, high strength, good rigidity, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, antistatic, anti-electromagnetic interference, small thermal expansion coefficient, good dimensional stability, etc., and can be injection molding, extrusion molding, etc.
