Nylon "6" chips are polymer compounds made from caprolactam as raw material, adding a certain amount of additives, polymerizing under certain process conditions, and going through processes such as tape injection, pelletizing, extraction and vacuum drying. Nylon 6 slices (nylon 6 slices) are sheet-shaped granulated products obtained by using the pelletizing method due to their low melt strength in nylon production. The product is colorless, transparent, cylindrical particles with no mechanical impurities and uniform particle size.
Regarding physical properties: polyamide 6 slices, commonly known as nylon 6 slices and nylon 6 slices. Because the macromolecule contains amide bonds (-CO-NH-), it is called polyamide. Nylon 6 slices are usually in the form of white cylindrical particles, with a melting point of 210-220°C and a decomposition temperature of about 300°C. Soluble in phenol and hot concentrated sulfuric acid, it has excellent electrical insulation properties, good alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.

Nylon is a fiber with the best wear resistance among synthetic fibers.
The production of nylon 6 slices adopts two-end polymerization, continuous extraction, connected drying and DCS distribution system control. The product is colorless, transparent, cylindrical particles with no mechanical impurities and uniform particle size. Nylon 6 slices are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, soluble in phenol and hot concentrated sulfuric acid, have reliable electrical insulation properties, and have good alkali and corrosion resistance.
